In a book I read once wary Severgnini of any restaurant to present their dishes accompanied by a photo. I feel that I quite agree with this statement, but I would also add to be wary of restaurants with a name too particular.

After a nice start so much trust in the quality of the pasta dishes. The choice fell on
Balanzoni butter and sage and classic Tagliatelle .








Both dishes were appreciated in words and deeds: the generous portions and we will not stop the ramekins back in the kitchen by the well-polished shoe made with homemade bread. The same bread accompanied us
