The summer holidays always lead to new discoveries, but an aspiring Stonecutters signaling is increasingly prone to appaghino discovered that the sense of taste.
The Lidi Ferraresi, a traditional destination for many families in our region have reason to boast for their fish, fresh and often well-cooked.
A particular praise goes to the restaurant 'The Coriander', at the Lido of Este, where you can taste the meat menu is to fish.
My choice was the latter.
My dinner began with a cold mixed appetizer, in which the restaurant indulges itself with skill, including salads, seafood and tropical fruits, shrimp, marinated anchovies and more, all cooked in a refined and unique, with an original taste and delicious.

What joy! How much wealth and taste!
A clarification is needed: to cook eel is difficult, since cooking would make little rubbery and inedible, while the excessive turn into a bitter charcoal. But this is his home and the 'Coriander' are masters.
Another reason for my great appreciation was the house white wine, pleasant and fragrant, so content in a pitcher, but served in a basket to the ice, this foresight that many operators reserve the bottles 'marked' (read: expensive).

The complete dinner is between 35 and 45 €, and would be right to go there in the winter months when the fish knows its most prosperous period.
